Return Policy
We offer a refund within 7 business days of your purchase pickup, if 7 business days have passed since your order has been picked up, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. All refunds are under the discretion of the SBSS team based upon this policy.
**Please note hats and in-person purchases are final sale.**
You must complete our “SBSS Merch Refund Request” form;
● Your item must be unused and be in its original condition;
● You must submit proof of purchase;
● Your item must be returned in-person to the SBSS office (3060A Nicol
●Building, Carleton University, 1125 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, ON K1S 5B6)
● User error when selecting items (eg. wrong size or colour).
● Item(s) received is damaged or defective.
● Order was fulfilled incorrectly.
● Within 7 business days of your purchase, complete our “SBSS Merch Refund”
form to request a refund for your order.
● Our team will review your request, and notify you of the decision within 3 business days.
● If your refund is approved, we will set up an appointment for you to return the merchandise to the SBSS office (3060A Nicol Building, Carleton University, 1125 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, ON K1S 5B6).
● Physical returns can occur during designated office hours to a member of the SBSS Executive Team.
● After a physical inspection of the merchandise, we will complete the refund to the card used for the purchase.
