Alexandra is in her final year at Sprott School of Business studying a BComm with a concentration in management and a minor in Political Science. She joined the SBSS in 2022 as a EDI Committee Member, then moved into the role of VP Internal the following year, and is very excited to be elected as this year's president. Alexandra is keen to push new limits of the SBSS this year. The three key organizational goals this year are to reinvigorate the social fabric of the Undergraduate Sprott Students, foster a transparent and open relationship with students, and build strong community relationships with alumni, staff and faculty as well as external organizations. Emily is entering her fourth year of the undergraduate Bcom program concentrating in Finance. She joined SBSS in her second year, a part of the social committee, in her 3rd year she became the executive assistant, and now in her last year of school will be taking on the role of Vice President of Internal Relations. Thus far she has loved the connections she has built as a result of her involvement through the years, and continues to build by being on council. Emily’s goal for the internal portfolio is to foster collaboration across all departments of the Sprott community, including the 13 umbrella clubs, Sprott Faculty and staff, and across each portfolio on council. Emily believes that by working together as one big Sprott team we can produce the greatest impact on the Sprott community, and achieve what's never never been accomplished before. Coming together by streamlining processes, working together, and creating an inclusive environment, not just on council, but across Sprott will pave the way for success this year and sustainability for years to come.
